At the deepest layer of muscles in the human body are two crucial elements for ultimate body function. First, attached to the spine to keep it symmetrical, flexible, powerful and capable of a multitude of range of motions, the Multifidus muscles are the only muscle fibers in the human body that are designed to be strongest in their longest position. Secondly, the Transversus Abdominis muscle is the key to power and endurance all while keeping us upright and walking tall.
