Owner Sue Stevenson started as a fitness instructor 20 years ago, and became a Pilates instructor in 1999. She holds numerous certifications through fitness organizations and college, but her most valuable education was hands on experience.
Discovering Stott Pilates was the next major influence in her career. With her background in kinesiology and the principles of Stott Pilates, she found the perfect way to work out while strengthening the spine and correcting postural alignment.
